Leead.io discovers candidate professionals at target companies from permitted public sources. Each candidate is a proposal with observed information and source evidence — not a CRM contact until it is reviewed.
What it does
Select a target company, define the roles or departments you care about, and run a contact discovery job. The agent searches the public web, extracts candidate people, matches them to your criteria, and returns candidates with confidence scores and provenance evidence.
How it works

- 4Reject candidates that are not a fit. Promising candidates move to verification and review workflows.
Built-in boundaries
- • Contact discovery does not automatically create CRM contacts.
- • Email, phone, and LinkedIn values are only included when explicitly observed in a source.
- • PII is encrypted at rest and decrypted only at the API response boundary for authorized users.
- • Candidates are deduplicated against existing CRM contacts and other candidates.
- • Jobs respect tenant isolation and role-based access controls.
Evidence classification
Repository Confirmed — contact discovery jobs, candidate extraction, anti-fabrication rules, provenance linking, PII encryption, and human-review boundaries are implemented in V1.1.
